During the 2008-09 school year the PTA produced a wonderful cookbook with recipes from Strawbridge families. It was a huge hit! Many people have told me they use their cookbooks several times a week. It is a great gift for family and friends. There are still several copies of the cookbook available for purchase if you did not have the opportunity last school year to add this great book to your cookbook collection. The books are $10 for a hard covered spiral bound book. There are close to 100 recipes in categories such as, main dishes, desserts, cookies/cakes, breads, salads, vegetables and side dishes, and appetizers.
